Does the MW4 menu have separate 6v6 and DMZ configurations?

Closed thread Closed by archive

I was reading through a MW4 product description and noticed it mentions saving one configuration for 6v6 and a second for DMZ.

Is this basically a profile system?

Seems like a useful distinction because DMZ has loot-related information while normal 6v6 doesn't need that stuff.

Does anyone else think mode-specific settings are a good feature to have in gaming software generally?

Yeah, having separate profiles makes sense when different modes have different information requirements.

I hate changing every setting manually when switching between modes. So yes.

I still forget to change my normal game sensitivity sometimes. Imagine managing 50 settings manually lol.

The documentation specifically says the MW4 listing has separate saved configurations for 6v6 and DMZ.

That's what caught my attention too. It's a useful detail to have documented rather than hidden in a generic feature list.
